The MGWA Hoisting Class will be held on TBA

Sign in at 7:30 am. class starts promptly at 8:00am. Continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
The class will cover the following material; Crane Components, Hydraulic Theroy, Mathematical Calculations, Inspection Parameters, Wire Rope, Standard Hand Signals, Load Charts, Safety standards.
Training Fees:
The class is Free to existing MGWA members. Any company signed up as a contractor/dealer who wishes to have an employee attend the class, will be required to sign-up each person as an "associate member" through the MGWA for a fee of $ 30.00. The paperwork and fees will be collected at the door the day of the class.
Any Non-Members will be charged $225.00 at the door.
The class will be Conducted by Cranes Aerial Truck Service; Jay Sturm.

RSVP for training is required by email to Tracey Ogden: taogden@comcast.net. Each class is limited to 40 people. Additional training dates may be added if necessary.
Registration for Hoisting Exams: Apply in December to ensure a January testing date through the Department of Public Safety is suggested. The cost of the hoisting operators exam is $ 75.00-Non-refundable-you must be at least 18 years of age.
Register with the The Department of Safety for the exam.
